What do I need to join Ripple Pro Vault?+
You need to be at least 21 years old with a valid UK or EU driving licence held for minimum 2 years. You'll also need a smartphone to use our booking app and a debit or credit card for payments. The registration process includes licence verification and a quick background check.
How does pricing work and what's included?+
Pricing varies by membership plan, starting from £8 per hour for occasional users. All rentals include insurance, fuel, and 24/7 roadside assistance. There are no hidden fees - you only pay for the time you use the vehicle. Longer rentals receive better daily rates.
What happens if the car breaks down or I have an accident?+
All vehicles include comprehensive insurance and 24/7 roadside assistance. If you experience mechanical issues, contact our support team immediately through the app. In case of an accident, follow standard procedures and contact emergency services if needed, then notify us through the app or phone.
Can I take the car outside Cork or to other countries?+
Yes, you can drive anywhere within Ireland and the UK. For travel to other EU countries, please contact us in advance for approval and additional insurance arrangements. All cross-border travel must be pre-approved through our customer service team.
How do I cancel or modify my booking?+
You can cancel or modify bookings through the mobile app up to 30 minutes before your reservation starts. Cancellations made more than 2 hours in advance are free. Late cancellations may incur a small fee to cover operational costs.
